Lifetime Drysuit Warranty

 

If you purchased your suit through our partner Dive Right In Scuba, our standard as well as our lifetime warranty will be made available to you at the time of purchase. If you already own a drysuit and would like the peace of mind of our lifetime drysuit warranty package, just send it to us for an inspection. When we receive your suit and it passes our inspection, we will contact you to discuss which of the below packages you would like!

The Fine Print

– Warranty is ONLY valid for the initial suit owner and is non-transferrable.
– Suit claims can be denied at any time. Warranty covers normal wear and tear, not abuse.
*Cutting your zipper in half for a bet, will result in no warranty coverage. Putting a hole in your suit with your dive knife on accident is covered.
– Purchaser is 100% responsible for all shipping costs to and from our repair facility.
– Proper repair form must be sent in with suit for repair, and clearly identify which Guarantee was purchased.
– Purchaser to pay for Front of Line Service if required for a trip deadline. All suits sent in for warranty are subject to standard turn-around time.
– Alterations are NOT included in this guarantee.
– Area of warranty must be bad for replacement. Just wanting a new zipper doesn’t mean you receive one.   When the Zipper fails, it will be replaced, not sooner
– Does not void, alter, extend, or replace your suits manufacturers warranty.  This is an extended warranty thru us.
